I noticed someone else reported this issue on iOS a couple ago, this issue also happen in Android since a year ago and it is still happening to me even after upgrading to the latest v4.1.0. Uninstall and re-install the app did not help.

The symptom is the same as the other post with iOS, as soon as I enter the 2FA code, the app would close. If I open the app again, have to re-enter all the login details. Even if login details are already stored by turning off 2FA for my account, then turn it back on, it still the same issue.
v15 enterprise here too. I'm getting reports of the same problem. I assume you didn't find a fix

No fixes because mobile apps are not supported any more. Odoo recommends using PWA instead. Install it as an app from any browser.
