I'm trying to install a module, but I'm getting several errors. I'm a real newbie with Odoo. Should I compile/build the plugin?

What did I do? I downloaded the zip file, and tried to upload it. The original zip (from github) has a folder, so I rezip the folder contents, and the error repeats for each folder.
