I'm trying to install a module, but I'm getting several errors. I'm a real newbie with Odoo. Should I compile/build the plugin?

What did I do? I downloaded the zip file, and tried to upload it. The original zip (from github) has a folder, so I rezip the folder contents, and the error repeats for each folder.

My odoo's version is 8.0.

To do this in the right way, just download the zip file and unzip it into addons folder, then restart Odoo service.

Then install the module from module list.
