Hello I am using odoo12, I have set up incoming and ougoing email, seems work well because I do not get any error mesage after configuration. But I have a problem all email send from odoo to the costumer are being delivery then when they reply I can not get the reply in odoo. in system parameters :mail.catchall.domain is "my domaine",   mail.catchall.alias is "catchall", mail.bounce.alias is "bounce". My server Type is set IMAP Server. any help please? I do not understand why incoming mail are not coming

Is your Catchall-Mailbox a true catchall account, that means that all recipient addresses are accepted? Did you look into the mail account directly? If the mails arrive properly in your mailbox, did you check your Odoo log entries, if the incoming mails could be fetched?
