What's the difference between these 2 options ?
In which cases do you choose "folded in Kanban", "is a close stage" or both ?

Hello, Magali!
Folded in Kanban: it folds (collapses) the column when there are no records in that stage to be shown.
Closing Stage: informs the system that tasks (or tickets, for example in Helpdesk) on that stage are done, allowing for filtering and analyses.
