Hi,
If you have successfully created the template and installed that module to your database. You can find the template in the path mentioned by Dipak , activate the developer mode and navigate to the path :
Settings > Technical > Email > Templates .

If you are looking for email template menu then go to ,
Settings > Technical > Email > Templates. Search your desired template created by you.
