Workflow Method

Question

I want to execute order shiping at once. I want to select all sale orders in list view then click some button to deliver all orders at once. I am trying to get it done by "automated action rule" module. Can someone guide me how can I achive this task by this module. Can any one help me to set proper automated action.

The workflows for Warehousing are of "high level" thus difficult issue to understand.
