Enable odoo v9, 3 workers on my PC 2GB ram and 2 CPU, the problem occurs when I run a java script and gives an error the java MV because there is not enough memory.
Someone to help me indicating a way to run java from python

you need to define your odoo conf, based on the calculation in the odoo documentation :
# limit_memory_hard: 4GB
limit_memory_hard = #some value
# limit_memory_soft: 640MB
limit_memory_soft = #some value
limit_request = #some value
limit_time_cpu = #some value
limit_time_real = #some value
