In my machine I use the correct version of wkhtmltopdf 0.12.1. Fonts size in pdf reports renders well in my machine. However I found 2 issues in odoo.sh:
(1) Fonts and images are rendered smaller. Font size is 14px and it is very tiny in pdf reports.
(2) The pdf file is very compressed and the pdf quality is very low.
Anybody from the odoo.sh team who can help me fix those or help me with ha workaround? Thanks.

I also facing same Issue. When I print SO report from odoo.sh it's display very small font in report.
Did you find any solution for it?
