On the inventory report page, this product shows two records, one record is 20 on hand, and the other record is -20 on hand. The actual inventory quantity of this product is 0. Generally, if the product quantity is 0, it will not be displayed. My question is why is it displayed here and how to eliminate this data record.

It looks like you haven't set up your stock locations correctly.
Each location should have a parent location which is usually the main stock.
Once the parent stock is defined in your locations the quantities will be correctly calculated. I hope that will help.
Do you just lots? If you adjust the on hand for both lines to 0 you should be fine.

It seems you have 20 on hand in warehouse or location and -20 in another warehouse or location so the inventory report will show two records for each WH/Location
They are in the same warehouse/location and the actual on hand is 0.
