I paid for the odoo Online services 3days ago and 


first, i cant access to my  trial database

second, i cant even create a new one, cause its a trial one by default ( i can add only 10 apps ) and i dont get why.


I made a ticket instantly and i still have no response, i mean there was someone who was calling me every week before i paid, but now that im the one calling, no one's answering.


Do you guys have any idea of whats happening, thank you for your time.

I've been looking for a while, and i created a new database. then i've put the reference of the invoice in the interface which led me to activate it somehow.


i was thinking i could create as much database as i wanted.

Each database could be an individual setup and Company - this wouldn't make any sense from a business perspective of Odoo. Anyways, your setup is up an running now?

True, yeah its running fine, i dont know why the forum is in german since im french so i didnt find the button resolved.
