I would like to create a plan that counts the day usage with every end of the month no matter when the subscription plan starts. 

For eg, my subscription plan starts on 10 Aug 2023 with no end date and I would like to issue invoice for Aug and Sept 2023. The invoice I wanna issue will be 10 Aug - 31 Aug and 1 Sept - 30 Sept ( total amount ) with 2 lines in the invoice.
