The link pertains to Odoo 9 only. I am currently using Odoo 8, would you please let me if there is any link for Odoo 8 also for Push and Pull Rules
It has disappeared, it used to be available until shortly at https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/8.0/. However, the concepts remained the same and you should be able to understand it using 8.0.
