Hi, I'm starting with Odoo and I'm looking for a few things to do and I can't find any information.

I would be grateful for any kind of help and I would also like you to recommend me training courses to learn everything about odoo as I want to specialise in the implementation of CRM and ERP in companies as it would be an ideal complement to the services I currently provide

These are examples of modifications that I am trying to make and I can't find a way:

-I can't find information about permissions, users and groups, I've been working with suitecrm before and this is a very intuitive topic I'll give you an example:

I want to create a group that is called south zone representatives where there are several commercials, these commercials I would like to give them only permissions to view, modify and list only the records of this group.

I also want them to only be able to see the tasks in the calendar of this group and not the other users.


-I would also like to know how to modify, add fields to the different example modules:

I want to be able to add a text field to the add meetings form which is for example number of people per house.


I imagine that these are not simple answers, I hope you can help me.
