Not at this point in time. It doesn't seem to be too popular with the community, since it hasn't been migrated to versions higher than 14.0 (https://github.com/OCA/vertical-rental/tree/14.0).

However, at least up to version 17.0 there seems to be some progress in the migration process - see for example https://github.com/OCA/vertical-rental/pull/59.

But, it doesn't seem to apply to 18.0 at the moment - https://github.com/OCA/vertical-rental/issues/50.

So, no, unless you migrate yourself, there is currently no way.
