Hi,

The need is to manage referred year  and the next one  using accrual allocation type.

To be taken in account :

Legals leaves on civil year,

RTT from june,1st to may, 31th

The counters block the demands on the reference year.

 How to create automatically the  allocations per employee for the next  year  depending on the start date and end date of the reference year? 

Manually is not possible because of a high number of employees.

To manage accrual allocation type in Odoo V13 for referred and next year, you can follow these steps:

  1. Create a Time Off type for each type of leave, such as legal leaves and RTT.

  2. Configure the Time Off type to use accrual allocation type.

  3. Set the accrual frequency for each Time Off type to match the leave accrual rules.

  4. Set the allocation period for each Time Off type to match the leave period rules.

  5. Set the start date and end date for the reference year in the Time Off Configuration.

  6. Create a Time Off allocation rule for each Time Off type.

  7. Configure the Time Off allocation rule to allocate the Time Off for the next year based on the start date and end date of the reference year.

  8. Assign the Time Off allocation rule to the employees.

  9. Run the Time Off allocation process to automatically allocate Time Off for the next year to all eligible employees.

By following these steps, you can automate the process of allocating Time Off for the next year based on the start and end date of the reference year, and avoid the need for manual allocation.
