If I create MO then change the quantity (from the wizard update qty to produce) then cancel the MO it wouldn't let me delete it. The error shows:
object with reference: Change Production Qty - change.production.qty
Even though I never produced any qty's, just saved it, updated and canceled.

If you need to delete forcefully then First you need to delete record of model change.production.qty and then delete MO.
this is what I ended up doing but I found this behavior strange
If need to solved permanent then inherit that wizard and overwrite moid fields with ondelete='cascade', so when delete mo then automatic delete that wizard record.
wonderful, would it be something to consider changing in the next update?
There are dependencies to other tables. History log is created. But cancelled is OK I think.
