Hi - Odoo has a common approach to import and export data regardless of app... Usually when there's a list and you click on the Cog (Gear) icon, there's usually an Import or Export function.

Some tips:

1. If there's an Import function for a list, you can usually go ahead and pick an Excel or CSV file with data, and Odoo will read and preview the data for you, where you can map similar column names to Odoo's columns.
2. If you want to be safer in uploading data correctly, do an Export first, so that you know what Odoo looks for as data you can add.
3. If you want to mass update data in Odoo, do an Export, but tick the checkbox for "I want to update data (import-compatible export)" option so that once you download the file, you can update the existing rows and they should update the same records when you import back the file (and not create a new/duplicate set of records).

Thanks everyone, I managed to import the miscellaneous operations. I think, the first step is to make at least one journal entry. Then select that entry and export it. However, it is important to export it with the right field, and that was what I was missing. Once I made that first export, I uploaded it again to see if it would work and it did. Thank you all

you need to access to accounting app then accounting menu and eventually create some journal type if you need any distinction between your journal entries. 

if not then go to accounting menu (at the top), select : accounting items and post your journal
