I want to move my database to another pc because Im having trouble with windows on my current machine,I cant boot windows properly.
How can I transfer my current database to another odoo V8 server?
Also, my windows is on one hard drive and my postgresql and odoo is installed on another harddrive so I can access data if I connect the "ODOO hdd" to another pc but not on current pc.

You just take backup of your database, first and restore that database in another system
