Sending email to leader/manager when employee applies a Time off Odoo 15:
Hi there, I'm using Odoo 15 and
I need to send an email to the manager of the employee whenever an employees applies a leave and also need to send an email to the user when manager approves or reject the leave application. But however the system sent email notifications to random people instead of the group leader or manager.

I would start with employee configuration, check in which department is your employee signed to and who is manager. You should see employee dependences on the right in employee configuration window. Later in TimeOff App in Configuration -> Time Off Types you should check proper time officer.
