We had a Settings Systems parameter that was causing SO confirmation to be very slow.  So we removed it based on a suggestion by the installer.  The installer is no longer reachable and we want to know if anyone knows why it would be the cause of the issue.  We dont remember exactly what the parameter was but it was related to pdf generation.  Since it was removed 2 weeks ago, SO confirmation has sped up.

Does anyone know what that might have been and why it would slow down SO confirmation?
