Hello,

I am trying to manage my wine business with Oddo, but I am unable to import my inventory due to attributes.

I have imported attributes such as

and everything seems alright

But I can't figure out why I cannot import my products.

I've read the doc which says to name the column as the Attribute's name:

But I failed to import.

I tried with the simple Attribute field and gets the import error “Aucun enregistrement correspondant trouvé pour le nom suivant dans le champ Attributs de produits:

Spiritueux à plusieurs lignes
Vin à plusieurs lignes”

I tried with its values and get the import error “Plusieurs résultats ont été trouvés pour la valeur "Spiritueux" dans le champ "Attributs de produits" (2 résultats) à plusieurs lignes”.

I also tried to prefix my values with the Attribute name (Couleur: Spiritueux, Couleur: Vin Rosé, etc…) but nothing works. I can't figure out why I cannot import my products.

Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Thank you for your replies, but I must be very stupid: I still can't do it.

I designed a script that parses my inventory Excel file and replaces the value with the external IDs from the attribute exports (which themselves come from the same inventory Excel file, by the way).

After two days of back and forth, I finally got a comprehensive Excel file (but unreadable, __export__.product_attribute_value_1402_27c8a33f), and when I import it, I still get errors.

For my Color field, for example, when importing, if I select an Odoo field of type “Product attributes,” I get the error

Aucun enregistrement correspondant trouvé pour le nom suivant dans le champ Attributs de produits:
    __export__.product_attribute_value_8399_112a2070 à plusieurs lignes
    __export__.product_attribute_value_8400_4a852600 à plusieurs lignes
    __export__.product_attribute_value_8397_de440c64 à plusieurs lignes

Si je tente avec le type “Attributs de produits / Attribut / ID externe”, j'obtiens l'erreur


Aucun enregistrement correspondant trouvé pour le nom suivant dans le champ Attributs de produits / Attribut / ID externe:

    __export__.product_attribute_value_8451_f8601cd6 à plusieurs lignes

If, on the other hand, I try with the Product Attributes / External ID type there, I get the error

What a pain! I refuse to believe that it's so complicated to import data into Odoo, and I still think I'm missing something, but I don't know what. I've read all the links you provided, but none of them help me import correctly.
