I have a very strange behavior with odoo.sh vers. 16:
The shipping costs in the ecommerce store, are ONLY displayed / calculated when you are logged in.
So a visitor of the store could buy WITHOUT shipping costs.
How can I change this?

In standard Odoo shipping costs are available in the order confirmation page, which is after the delivery address is provided by user
One reason for your case I can think is that no shipping provider configured for the country or zip code the user (non logged in user) has filled as delivery address
Where would you send the products if there is no one logged in? They would have to come pick it up themselves. I guess it can only calculate the price if you have a location to send it, at least that is what makes sense.

You would never see the total price if not looged in...
The other option would be to display all prices with a default shipping, but that is wrong in my eyes
Well, in fact now that you mention Amazon they just have a fixed fee for shipping. So if that works for you you can show a basic shipping cost for guest users, and a custom price for logged in users.
