Set language on contacts / companies

Question

Hey All,
I do not see the language option in contacts or companies. I'd like to set a value here for German customer that their offer / invoice is send out in their language and not the default englisch one.
Did this option move away?
Due to lack of "Karma" i cannot post a picture.
I'm using Odoo Online.

You must add / activate a second Language before you can set one on a Contact or Company.

Hey Ray,
that sound great and explains the missing option in the contact form.
Maybe I was already to far down in the rabbit hole...
We've setup our database in German; german is the only installed language.
If I send out an offer, it in englisch. How's that? My thought were, that there is not language set on the contact, this is why it's falling back to englisch.
Goal would be to have everything setup in german :)
