We're considering transitioning to Odoo due to challenges with our current, aging accounting system, which requires monthly account rollovers. This method has presented numerous issues, particularly as it locks us into a specific point in time, making it difficult to adjust past entries or plan for future transactions.

I just wanted to confirm that Odoo doesn't operate on a similar system and allows flexibility to move bills into future periods and edit values in past transactions.
