Am using odoo 13 enterprise .. in my company the default currency is USD BUT i have customers in SYP when i create invoice with specific exchange rate and i go to see my balance sheet every thing look good But when I change exchange rate and i want to see my Balance sheet according to the new value i see no deference on it ...
any help with this issue

Changing the currency rate will not reflect in accounting reports because the system reads the data from journal entries (account move lines) and when you change the currency rate, journal entries do not get re-calculated based on the new currency rate.

so if i have in my receivable account balance according to specific exchange rate when i change it the balance should changed also according ti ifrs 21
According to accounting rules, you can not change exchange rates. When posting an entry, the exchange rate defined for the posting date is used and posted to the accounts.
but the value of specific account change between one rate and another ...right??
