Hello,

No delivery order created when ending the repairs order.

To be clear :

A customer send an engine to be repaired.

The repair order is completed, necessary parts for the repair well consumed but

no delivery order generated for send back the repaired engine...

Can someone help me ?

Hi,

For me, I follow the following flow,

- When a customer comes to me, first I find the related delivery order and create return from there. (Do not forget to set owner)

- Then, create repair order

- Now, once repair order complete. I again return the previously returned order. 

All these steps are manual. 

( Delivery order 001, then creates return : return/001, then again return of this return : 002)

What I need is the .pdf of the delivery slip for send it back to the customer with the repaired engine (ex.)

Is it possible to generate a delivery note when the associated move is done ?

Would you be so kind as to confirm that the incoming move (engine sent by the customer to my company) is done when the repair order is created ?

We choose pick and ship for out going.Is there an impact on the repair process end ?

What's the relevant choice ?

Actual place : stock

Delivery location : customer partner location ?

Hello Veronique, There is a product move associated with the product being repaired from the Current Location to Delivery location (on the Repair Document). The move is automatic but you can see it on the product with the Reference = Repair id. (Odoo 11)
