I'm new to Odoo and i'm trying to search and read the application permissions of all the users using xmlrpc in python.

I have this info of the field im trying to reach:

Field: sel_groups_19_23

Object: res.users

Type: Selection

Modifiers: {"readonly":[["sel_groups_1_9_10", ":=", 1]]}

Selection:

    - [false]

    - [19] - Billing

    - [23] - Billing manager

Also, want to know where in the Postgres database is "[19] - Billing" and "[23] - Billing manager" and create new fields.

I'd appreciate the help!
