I'm trying to create a list of cancelled quotes for my Sales Reps.  This list should contain at minimum: Quote number, Customer, Total and what Products were quoted.  I'll be using this list as a way to train Reps so Products quoted must be listed.


Using custom filters I can get all of this information via Quotations - except Products quoted.


I've tried Studio - but "Products" is not an Item I can add to the columns.  How best can I get this list?

Navigate to Sales > Reporting menu to pivot view .. filter by status cancelled. Select Qty Ordered, unit price and totals as measures. Add the customer, order reference and product to the pilot columns. The report would have products as well as SO totals. You could further group by salesperson as well

You can then download the pivot table to a spreadsheet.
