Hi everyone i am facing a problem with quotation, when i create a new quotation and i confirm it, automatically an email about the cancellation of the quotation is sent to the client, knowing that i don't have any automation nor an action that i am aware of that's related to quotation and also the status of my quotation doesn't change to cancel, moreover when i want to validate the delivery it doesn't work.

i don't know what could be the reason this happening, any suggestion?

NB:  I am using odoo online.

Kindly review your email templates related to sales order and maybe there are something mismatch.
For the email template:
enable debug mode and go to the setting --> technical --> email template.

Please share the unique identifier of the template so I can check it in the backend.
like : Subject or any static work.
