When creating product templates, I add variants and properties. I do not have any issues with variants but I want to have the properties reflect on tracking page(serial/lots) of every product automatically. I have noticed that only when adding the properties from the tracking page it will also show on other products with the same variant and would still need to add properties to another variant.

Next is updating the values for these properties. I have tried exporting to excel but the properties  field only show when Import-compatible export is disabled.

I'm doing this for electronics equipment and would love to have a solution for this. I do not mind diving a bit into dev mode. Thanks
