We recently set up a Stripe account and want to integrate with Odoo. I have installed the Stripe payment provider but there is no where to sign-in with my existing Stripe account. It is sending me through the Stripe account set-up process that I just did on the Stripe website. I do not want to end up with two Stripe accounts. Please help!

You've probably been using the Activate Stripe button in Settings-> Website:
From here, the next step by default is a redirect to connect.stripe.com/setup/... looking something like this:
You do not have to walk through this process, if you have an account already.
You can simply hit the <- Back to Odoo (sorry, for me the page got localized to German, thus it says '<- Zurück zu Odoo' in the screen).
From here you should be able to see the Stripe Payment Provider form which will allow you to enter your keys (with a handy link to actually find these keys in your Stripe account: https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/apikeys):
You can also enable Stripe by navigating to Website, Accounting or Sales, depending on what you've got installed already in your database. From there, navigate to Configuration (--> Online Payments) -> Payment Providers, find the record Stripe and click Install (this will then not redirect you to the external Stripe page mentioned before).

I have followed the instructions above. I have installed Stripe to Odoo. I clicked Connect Stripe. It asked for my credentials which I entered (including passkey). It then began new account setup for some reason. I clicked return to Odoo it still just says Connect Stripe. There is nowhere to enter my special keys. I am stuck in a loop. We are using Odoo 16 for what its worth.
Instead of clicking 'Connect Stripe' enter your keys right below that button. There should be three fields. Else please share some sreenshots of where you are and what differs from the docs.

Tip
To use an existing Stripe account, activate the Developer mode and enable Stripe manually. You can then Fill in your credentials, generate a webhook, and enable the payment provider.
