Hi.

I am trying to plan a task to an user only if a new message (email) arrives to an old CRM or sale order that is probably in a closed stage.

It happens that a CRM is closed or we have an old sale order and then the customer writes an email to the confirmation order or CRM we sent a year ago. The message is notified in the Odoo chat but it could happen that the Odoo user discards the message. Therefore if we create an automatic task in those cases, we force the Odoo user to read that message.


I tried to create an automatic action but I cant find a way. I was thinking of creating a restriction to the task creation like: if create date or last update is > 3 months create a task
