payment schedule / holdback on our invoice

Question

I need to know if there is a feature in the sales module that manages the payment schedule (payment method per phase).
How to generate an invoice after each phase.
Also how to introduce the holdback on our invoice.

Yon can use service products for each phase and set the
Invoicing Policy based on milestone and then you can create you sale order and confirm it  then From the sales order, you can manually edit the quantity delivered as you complete a milestone. Then you can then invoice that first milestone.
