I would like to know, if when you use some "send button" like "send quotation" is it possible to use Outlook and not just the OpenERP interface?

I would like to use Outlook in order to have one address per user, because otherwise, the interface uses outgoing address, so one address for all users, and not one address per user. Is it possible?
