Does anyone know if a module can be apply to work with SEPA for OpenERP 7 ?

I want to send an XML file to my bank to pay the vendor invoice. When I try to install some module but I get the error message : ImportError: No module named wizard.

I already see the https://launchpad.net/banking-addons/banking-addons-70 but how can I install it ? Is it a module ?
