Hello
Our customers can take out a subscription directly in our e-shop. Payment is made only by credit card with STRIPE. When the credit card expires, Odoo does not allow the customer to modify/change their payment method, and neither does STRIPE.
Do you encounter the same scenario and how do you handle this case?
We are currently forced to wait for the subscription to end to manually make a renewal quote in order to retrieve a new bank card. With credit cards that expire on average every two years and hundreds of customers, it's not efficient...
Any idea ?
