Hii,
I am the admin of my Odoo database. When I click on any emails row from Technical -> Emails, I am getting following Access Error. 
I don't know which security group I am missing. Please guide. Thanks

Hi,

You might be using the Odoo version 12, the admin users ID in v12 is 2, if you need to be the admin user as of v11, you can switch to super user, by activating the developer mode and click the Become Super user button from the lady debugger button near logged in users name.



Then you can adjust the access rights issue by adjusting the existing access rights or record rules.

Thanks Niyas Raphy, 
I Became superuser and i can do the required stuff. I log out from the Odoo and log in again, this time there was no yellow strip under the bug icon. Means superuser is for that session only? And I have to click to Become Superuser whenever i need to be?
I am using Odoo V12. Id 2 is with another admin user. Mine admin id 6.
