when I make developer mode and open apps module I get this warning message and my apps menus are got vanished please help me to solve this.

Hi,
You are getting this message on clicking the Apps Store and Updates menu right ?
Apps -> Apps Store and Apps -> Updates
As it is not a blocker warning, you can ignore it and continue the module operations from Apps -> Apps ->Main Apps menu.
And one of these menu are outdated and both has been removed from the master versions.
