Odoo 19 On Windows - PG 12 version and AI module

We are running odoo19 on Premise, on Windows. We install it using the installer.
We noticed that it installs PosgreSQL 12, but on service start it has warnings saying it needs minimum version 13.
Trying to activate module AI crashes, asking for a
pgvector [1] extension to be installed in the PG server. This extension is available compiled for higher versions of PG, not for 12. I am not sure it works with PG12
Maybe sombeody in the same situation found a solution?

Hi,
I experienced this kind of issue when I tried installing the odoo 19 using docker,
However, I fixed and successfully installed the AI module by upgrading to postgresql v15 with pgvector.
