Is there a third party Accounting for odoo 12 CE ?

That is because full accounting moved to enterprise from v11. Here good explanation by @Fabien, gives you clear idea what Odoo did and why ?

I'm also evaluating Odoo 12 for implementation for a bunch of companies. Although Accounting is available in the CE through configuration, the lack of Accounting Reports makes it somewhat less attractive. 

Most of the ODOO developers I contacted seem very confident of creating a custom app to replicate the ENTERPRISE version of the Accounting app and reports. I'm still evaluating whether this is a workable solution.
