We are looking for a Live chat software, which can be embedded on a prestashop website. We have tried 2-3 softwares before and they are unable to get with prestashop. So, please suggest a software that has easy access with prestashop site.

May be you have to give a try to odoo addon website_livechat.
when you setup it you get the links, just copy thats and put in your pestrashop site.
Its work with both odoo and pestrashop at a time with same operator.
For me it works perfectly.
