My database got locked because I just wanted to see how the course page would look like so I downloaded external materials and didn't even use them so 7 days are up and my trial period has expired and my database is locked, I removed the subscription from the cart and changed the account to free again but still the same issue database is lock and now when I go to subscription I have an error message that say :: You cannot change the stage/state for a subscription with an old plan. Please convert it before.
