our business model is selling restaurant variety of restaurant supplies, depends on the kind of products and the department requesting the products, one order could generate multiple delivery orders to different department inside the same restaurant location.

The department must be listed on delivery note because no single internal staff from restaurant to collect and distribute for others. must ship directly to the point.

On the other hand, in our place, this is a common practice, all restaurant basically have the same set of departments.

Location may not be the same solution for this situation because 1) all department actually same address; 2) if define 10 locations for each customer one by one, there are too many duplicated definitions.
