I am using version 17.0 Enterprise and have configured the "info@xxx.com" email as our CRM lead email account and this works perfectly.
We also have configured the Recruitment module to create alias accounts for job applications. This works perfectly as well when applicants use the right email address.
Sometimes people apply for jobs using the "info@xxx.com" email account instead of using the job alias provided. This creates a CRM lead, not a job application.
Is there an easy way to transform the CRM lead created to the specific job opportunity without having to download the CV and the motivation letter and manually copying them to the advertised position in the Recruitment module?
This can be done manually for one or two applicants, but is a pain if there are several that have done this.
