Hello odooers,

In odoo Studio I can make a field mandatory. This has the unpleasant effect that the entire contact cannot be saved as long as the field is not filled in.

If the contact has a lot of mandatory fields like this, it will result in employees entering nonsense just to save the contact.

What would be the best way to highlight mandatory fields of a contact as such, but allow the entire contact to be saved with empty mandatory fields? Ideally, incomplete contacts should be visible in the list view so that they can be filtered.
