I would like to create products that are very precise in a category and then display these products by category on the website.
Example:
All Products

--Accessories.

What part of the question is bothering you? Are you unable to view them on the website or divide the products into categories? For the former I have no solution because I have not yet tested the website part. For the latter, go the product configuration and select/create one or more tags for your product. This is the equivalent of creating categories.
