main and sub accounts in V9

Is it possible to make a main and sub accounts in odoo V9 ?
ex: 400000 Payable "main"
400001 Company A Payable "Sub"
400002 Company B Payable "Sub"
if yes, is it possible to create a sub payable account each time a supplier is created automatically  ?

No. The concept of parent/child accounts is no longer available, starting with v9.
All payables include the Vendor ID at the General Ledger transaction level (the main reason Accounting users ask for sub accounts per company is because in systems they are used to, vendor ID isn't part of the GL transaction).
