Hi all,
I have noted that if you make changes to the event registrations after changing the communication, it sometimes does not work.
We had multiple changes to both communication and registration confirmation and we noticed that for those who were cancelled and back to confirmed did not receive the confirmation email even, if this was to be sent 2 months after the change.
Does someone has experience on that and explain what happened?
Is it better to create the communication after all changes? How can we handle that?
