Odoo 14.

After initial setup, as sales invoices were validated, on-hand inventory was reduced. If the invoice was for a product that had zero quantity, the on-hand would go into the negative. At some point, this stopped being the case. Now, automatic product moves will not happen (out of wh/stock in to virtual/customers) unless the inventory quantity is high enough for the number sold. 

We need the inventory to continue to reduce even if it is below zero, and I am not sure what has changed to cause this.
